Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment, as specified in the trip details.

The remaining balance must be paid before the trip commences, as per the payment schedule provided.

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or through our secure payment gateway.​

Trip Inclusions & Exclusions

Each trip includes services as detailed in the itinerary, such as accommodation, meals, transportation, and activities.

Exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary and may include personal expenses, optional activities, and travel insurance.​

Travel Documents

Participants are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

Shorts & Shots is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.​

Health & Safety

Participants must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the trip.​

Liability
While we take utmost care in planning and executing trips, Shorts & Shots is not liable for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, or delays caused by third parties.​

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect local cultures, follow the trip leader's instructions, and maintain group harmony.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the trip or poses a risk to others.​
Cancellation
Policy

Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to shortsnshots@gmail.com.

The following cancellation charges apply:​

More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the trip cost
-
15-30 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost
-
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the trip cost​

Cancellation by Shorts & Shots
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.​

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method after confirmation.​

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and to the same account used for the transaction.

No Show
Participants who fail to join the trip without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the trip.​
